STOCKHOLM - A number of people who have been involved in project development WikiLeaks is planning to launch a new website called WikiLeaks Openleaks rival.
This was revealed in the statement of the Swedish Dagens Nyheter newspaper, as reported by ZDNet, Friday (12/08/2010).
"Our long term goal is to build a strong and transparent platform to support the efforts of openness, both in terms of technology and politics as well as encourage others to start similar projects," said an organizer Openleaks, who did not want to be identified.
Openleaks also attempted to change the paradigm of how a managed site. Openleaks currently finalizing the technical infrastructure and ensuring that these organizations continue governed democratically by all members, not limited to one group or individual.
Founder OpenLeaks assume that during this WikiLeaks depends only on the Jullian Assange so undemocratic. "We do not publish documents directly and in our own name, we did not expect to experience political pressures as experienced Wikileaks today," said the source OpenLeaks.
