Google's Edition will have a sales method that is different from most competitors such as Amazon's Kindle store or Apple iBookstore. Through its bookstores, from the purchase of books only at one store, Google Edition allows its users to buy from than any other independent online store, and put it into a Google account, which allows users to read the book anywhere and using any device. Now, Scott Dougall, director of Google's product manager, claimed that Google's Edition will be launched in late 2010 in the U.S., and in the first quarter of 2011 to the international market. "Because of the complexity of this product, then we do not want this product out before I really settled," said Dougal.
