HP Open Service Corner at the Polytechnic Telkom
REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, BANDUNG - Hewlett Packard (HP) established Service Corner at the Polytechnic Telkom, Bandung, West Java, as a form of their care for the world of education in Indonesia.
"HP is also concerned about how to educate students to the Polytechnic. With the HP Service Corner you can see how kids Polytechnic of work," said Angeline Yuwono, Head Marketing & Communication at the Polytechnic of HP Indonesia Telkom, Stone Fruit, Bandung.
HP offers an internship or apprenticeship programs to students Polytechnic Telkom. The program will run for three months. Through the program students will receive theoretical as well as the practice directly.
They also interact with peers of their campus, which is HP customer. Students intern was given the expertise on how to manage after-sales service-oriented to customer satisfaction.
HP Service Corner is designed like the HP Authorized Service Center. Students who intern will also get a certificate from the HP Center.

"With the opening of the HP Service Corner, the contribution of HP in the world of education is not limited to enyediaann computing devices to improve the quality of teaching and learning. However, it also means that can be used as a laboratory or conduct workshops for students in order to prepare himself to be skilled and qualified human resources," said Christian.
Telkom Polytechnic Parties welcome the presence of HP Service Corner at their campus because it helps prepare qualified human resources.
"We therefore welcome the presence of HP Service Corner at the Polytechnic Telkom, which is located in the Area Education Foundation Telkom, Telecommunications Canal Road Stone Fruit Bandung, because it can help us in preparing a workforce of qualified and ready to become a mainstay when entering the workforce later," Budi said Sulistyo, director of Polytechnic Telkom.
HP Service Corner is one model from Base Camp yan industry developed by the Polytechnic Telkom. They are already working with several companies at home and abroad to improve the quality, academic process and outcomes of graduates.
