A recent study conducted by Norton showed that business transactions are done online are vulnerable to cyber crime.
CALIFORNIA - A recent study carried out by the Norton showed that business transactions are done online are vulnerable to cyber crime.
The study showed that more than 50 percent of people aged under 35 years to update the status and location, are highly vulnerable to attacks from hackers. Similarly, as quoted by ITP.net, Friday (24/12/2010).
"We see that more and more people are now shopping via the internet, especially at the holidays," says Jean Chatzky, a personal finance expert, who collaborated with Norton for this study.
"This survey shows that citizens are still not aware of online activities, which could have invited the Internet criminals," he added.
The study, sponsored by Norton and maintained by Javelin Strategy & Research, which to survey more than 1,000 U.S. Internet users.
Unfortunately, despite these warnings have been issued, the user is still not too aware of the threat of cyber crime.
