MOSCOW - Russian President Dimitri Medvedev vent his joy through the microblogging site Twitter after he led the country to host the 2018 World Cup.

"Hurray! Victory!" Medvedev will write his official Twitter account after the announcement of FIFA in Zurich, which aired on all television channels in Russia. Thus was launched through the Straits Times, Friday (12/03/2010).
