Elliott Kember, the developer of the website said that they received a warning letter from the attorney to close the website because it uses the name 'Justin Bieber' without permission. Similarly, as quoted by TechCrunch, Friday (01/14/2011).
"Aww, we got a warning from a lawyer. Ah, but moments of great fun yesterday! Unfortunately we were asked to close the site," wrote the website on the main page.
"This is a warning letter the fastest I have ever seen. Only 22 hours from the time of its release!" Kember said.
Teen singer Justin Bieber now has 7 million followers in Twitter and are very popular in the entertainment world today. So it was no surprise that party from Bieber will prosecute anyone who uses the name 'Justin Bieber' without official permission.
