CALIFORNIA - One more criticism came on human behavior from too frequent use of social networking. A professor from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) has stated that social networking platforms to make people lose the 'humanity'.
In his book Alone Together ', Sherry Turkle writes that the way people communicate using Twitter and Facebook is a form of insanity in the age kemoderenan / modernization.
"A behavior that has become typical still can express their views in a pathological problem," he wrote in this book, quoted by the Telegraph, Tuesday (01/25/2011).
Turkle says that social networking sites that isolate people from the real world with the text capital only a few characters to communicate with each other. He said the technology is robbing us of real human interaction.
"We have found inspiration and improving technology but also technology that allows them to reduce the humanitarian side of us," Turkle writes.
The book itself is a trilogy of books from Turkle. If in this second book is a warning about the dangers of technology, then the two previous books radiate a positive light on the benefits of technology.
