JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - Research in Motion's BlackBerry service providers as finally issued an official statement relating to the threat of government which will close the service within two weeks of BB if this does not put the filter pornographic content.
According to the priorities of the Minister of Communications and Information to perform content filtering in Indonesia, Research in Motion sure will follow the wishes of the Minister Tifatul Sembiring.

In a statement that RIM is not sure whether the installation of filtering pornography according to government deadline or not, ie on 17 January 2011. RIM just reaffirmed its commitment to immediately work with network operators who become partners to install filtering solution in question.
Earlier, Minister of Communication issued an ultimatum to RIM which is considered stalling. There are seven demands that prompted the government to RIM in accordance with the regulations in Indonesia. Of the seven claims, only four are filled. Installation of filter pornography is one of the demands that have not been met in addition to the installation of data centers in Indonesia.
