REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA - The House of Representatives Commission IX to ask the food producers who want to export their products to conform with the standards of the destination country. This is so that their products do not become a problem in the country.
"If there Indomie export ban to Taiwan, should not be considered as business competition, because the standards demanded by the country of destination is a matter that must be met, as health protection measures against its people," said Member of the House of Representatives Commission IX Jamaludin Jafar in the RDP in the House on Monday (18/10).
Jamaludin also reminded the need for coordination among the producers who intensively with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN). In addition, Jamaludin want to always be oversight of food products, both for domestic and export kosumsi.
Meanwhile, another member of Commission IX Ali Saputra said the health problems that applied to all nations, certainly the same. Every country must give priority to safety and health of its people, he said.
According to Ali, the supervision of dikosumsi products in bulk must be done with extra tight as once a month, not once a year. Because once a mistake''in bulk products, such as Indomie, can cause loss of life in very much,''he explained
