JAKARTA - Given the high level of enthusiasm for IT developers in Indonesia against the technology, Google sambangi (meaning: to come) of Indonesia via the 'Google Developers Festival 2010' or known by the name 'Google D3vF3st 2010'.
Google D3vF3st is an annual event organized by Google's international levels in various countries to introduce Google's technology and service to its developers. This year Google entrust Binus University as the organizer of the grand event. Binus University had the honor as the venue of the event was given in addition to an international nature, Google's new D3F3st first held in Indonesia.
Besides Indonesia, D3vF3st also held in Australia, Israel, Spain, Argentina, Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Thailand.
"DevFest 2010 is an event organized by Google in various countries to introduce Google's products and services to developers," said Stephanie Liu, Program Manager of Google, in the event Interconnectivity Night (pre-event Google D3vF3st 2010) on the campus of the University of Binus, Senayan, Jakarta, Thursday (07/10/2010).
When asked whether the cooperation Binus University as a local organizer, Google will recruit the best graduates from the campus to work at Google, Alan Noble, Engineering Director of Google, said that the possibility exists. He also pointed to the example that there is a graduate of Binus University who now works at Google Australia.
Google DevFest 2010 which took place at this University Binus tomorrow plan the agenda is to discuss current themes and trends which are namely: Android, Google Chrome, Google Buzz Social Apps, Google Earth, and HTML5.
The speakers will be presented tomorrow is also very qualified in his field, among others, Fred Chung (Lead Developer Advocate for Android and Ads for Mobile), Ken Liu (Developer Advocate - Android), Tony Chan (Developer Advocate - Android), Arne-Kurrik Rooman (Developer Advocate-HTML5/Chrome), Timothy Jordan (Developer Advocate - Buzz Social Web) and Shawn Shen (Geo Developer Advocate).
Google Developer Fest 2010 will be held tomorrow on the 4th floor Auditorium Campus Orchid, Binus University, Kebon Jeruk, starting at 08:00 to 18:00 pm.
