NEW YORK - WikiLeaks was looking for a problem with the U.S. government. Unfortunately, Amazon was affected. Web hosting Amazon 'didamprat' the U.S. government.
Through investigations conducted U.S. intelligence agencies, it is known if the Amazon had been contacted by the WikiLeaks to be a backup hosting provider. Today, after the U.S. government poured confidential information, WikiLeaks get a lot of attacks from hackers who try to cripple the site.
During this WikiLeaks occupy hosting server located in Europe. Due to pressure from hackers, WikiLeaks trying to find a backup server for the site can still be accessed by Internet users, following a secret U.S. government documents that they have.
Apparently the U.S. parliament has contacted Amazon and asked for information from the company, related to their relationship with the WikiLeaks. Even the U.S. parliament has contacted all companies to boycott WikiLeaks hosting provider.
"I hope that Amazon took this as a serious crime because it is associated with the publication of secret documents state. I also have contacted all the companies and organizations that host WikiLeaks to immediately terminate the working relationship with the site," said U.S. lawmakers, Joe Lieberman , as quoted by Reuters on Thursday (12/02/2010).
"Server WikiLeaks in the Amazon has been overthrown. Freedom of speech in the land of the free. Our money is now spent on employing people in Europe," wrote the WikiLeaks through official Twitter account.
