JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - Dozens of representatives of youth organizations from 10 ASEAN countries began to gather in Ancol, North Jakarta, Saturday (11/12). They will attend the ASEAN Summit that was held DPD KNPI Jakarta on Monday (13/12) to Tuesday (14/12).

Chairman of the DPD KNPI Jakarta Arif Rahman said the youth had gathered to build a synergistic network antarpemuda in southeast Asia. They will also discuss various regional issues facing each country.

"In addition to the cooperation network, the youths also will find a way to help the government meet the Millennium Development targets or Millennium Development Goals," said Arif.

The plan, the ASEAN Summit will be opened by Menpora Andi Mallarangeng at Hotel Mercure, Ancol.
