Microsoft finally openly admitted mistakes that happen on their Hotmail service, which causes users to lose email. Currently they have solve the problem.
NEW YORK - Microsoft has finally openly admitted mistakes that happen on their Hotmail service, which causes users to lose email. Currently they have solve the problem.
Microsoft spokeswoman Catherine Brooker said that all affected users of the problem, has now returned to his email as usual. He also noted that this problem only occurs on a limited number of people. However, Microsoft will not say how many people who lost their email.
"Microsoft is still investigating the cause of this specific problem, to prevent this from happening again," he said. as reported by AP, on Tuesday (04/01/2011).
Earlier this year some Hotmail users from the new year yesterday struggled to regain his old email. Because the group of users of Microsoft's email service was panic in the Microsoft forum for all the messages they have disappeared.
Hotmail users are losing their old electronic mail since the beginning of this year, for no apparent reason. Yet they clearly did not delete the email, and purposely kept it.
