Roshan, a telecommunications operator in Afghanistan, which could introduce a mobile Twitter posting tweets via SMS through mobile phones. This service is for customers in Roshan, especially young children.
According to Roshan, as quoted by Cellular News, Friday (1/7/2011), demographic conditions in Afghanistan will make this service becomes popular.
