VIVAnews - Blessed are small children in Germany. The government will allow them to shout with freedom. Freedom will be guaranteed by new legislation, which was discussed in parliament.
According to news agency Associated Press, Wednesday, February 16, 2011, the government is rolling the bill in parliament that would allow children under six years of age are free to laugh, shout, and play sebising possible. That is, there should be no banning them to do so.
